I lived in Chicago from 1992 till 1998 and while there I enjoyed the world of deep dish pizza. Once living here in Germany for a couple years I started craving deep dish and so began the search for the perfect crust and sauce receipt that I now make. It’s taken me 4 years of experimenting with the dough and sauce to where I can comfortably say, “I found what I’ve been looking for”. I think you will also agree that this is a keeper.
